Always or Never Combine Taskbar buttons and Hide Labels in Windows 11
Starting with the release of version 23H2 and higher, the option to never combine app icons and labels to the Taskbar is back, You can turn on the feature through the Settings app or change the settings through the Registry.
Enable or Disable Never Combined Mode on Taskbar for Current User in Settings !
Setting > Personalization > Taskbar > askbar behaviors
Select Always (default), When Taskbar is full, or Never for what you want in the Combine Taskbar buttons and hide labels drop menu.
Enable or Disable Never Combined Mode on Taskbar labels using REG file
Open the Registry Editor and Browse to the following path:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
Right-click the TaskbarGlomLevel DWORD and choose the Modify option.
(Option 1) Set the value from 0 to 2 to never combine apps and show labels.
(Option 2) Set the value from 0 to 1 to never combine apps and show labels, but when the Taskbar is full, the system will group apps and show labels.
Then click the OK button.
