Error 0x803fa067, When you upgrade Windows 10/11 Home to Pro


When you are trying to upgrade Windows 10/11 Home to Pro , you might see this error :

Unable to activate Windows
We cant activate Windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license or product key. If you think you do have a valid license or key, select Troubleshoot below. 
(0x803fa067)

It could be detected that the product key you are trying to use is not genuine, so you might need a new Windows 10/11 Pro key to activate it !
You can get a new Windows 10/11 Pro product key from keyingo.com, and follow these steps to upgrade to Windows 10/11 Pro , or activate the Windows 10/11 Pro directly 
1：Select Start > Settings > System > Activation.
2：Select Change product key, and then enter the product key
