[Resolved] Windows cannot find the Microsoft Software License Terms when install Server 2022 in VMware 

You might get an error : Windows cannot find the Microsoft Software License Terms , when you install Windows Server 2022 in VMware



To complete the install process successfully, follow the steps below:

If your Windows Server 2022 is running, stop it by selecting VM from the menu then Power > Power Off. Confirm the operation by selecting Power Off in the pop-up dialog.


Then open the VMware, on the left side select “Windows Server 2022”， on the right side click Edit virtual machine settings.


In the "Virtual Machine Settings ", select Floppy on the left side . On the right side, please uncheck Connect at power on and select OK.



Then please try to reinstall the Windows Server 2022 in the VMware player， it will be installed successfully, however, you might still need to activate the Windows Server 2022 even in the VMware, you can get a Windows Server 2022 Product key from the Microsoft reseller Keyingo Store !
