How to do a clean installation of Windows 11 

Before you install windows 11, please first check if your computer is compatible with Windows 11:

Windows 11 System Requirements:

Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster with 2 or more cores on a compatible 64-bit processor or System on a Chip (SoC).

RAM: 4 gigabyte (GB) at least .

Storage: 64 GB or larger storage device Note: See below under “More information on storage space to keep Windows 11 up-to-date” for more details.

System firmware: UEFI, Secure Boot capable. 

TPM: Trusted Platform Module (TPM) version 2.0. Enabled it to meet this requirement.

Graphics card: Compatible with DirectX 12 or later with WDDM 2.0 driver.

Display: High definition (720p) display that is greater than 9” diagonally, 8 bits per color channel.

Internet connection and Microsoft account

If you already have Windows 10 on your machine , you can use the PC Health Check app to check if your PC is qualified for windows 11 :

If the PC meets these requirements , then let's do a clean install for windows 11 

1. Download the media creation tool from

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11


2. Double Click the file “mediacreationtool.exe” launch the tool, then "Accept" the Applicable notices and license terms, 

3.Select Language and edition , then click "Next"


4, Select the USB flash drive from the list, please note, this process will erase everything on the flash drive, then click "Next"


5, Download Windows 11 until it finish , then click "Next", then click "finish "

6, If you are running Windows 7 or Windows 8.0, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10, you can open the download bootable file and click "Setup" to run the installation 


During setup, at the Ready to install screen, click Change what to keep link

Select Nothing

Click Next to being the installation


7. If you do not have any Windows OS, please insert the flash drive with the bootable file , then boot your PC from USB Drive , then you will install the windows 11 now !

8, Choose the edition you want to install on your PC


9, Setup will also prompt you to enter the Windows 11 product key, if you dont have one , you can get it from the Microsoft partner store Keyingo.com


10. Then follow the steps to complete the fresh install of windows 11, 

 Select "Customer : Install Windows only (advanced)" and Choose where do you want to install Windows then click "Next" and wait till the installation completed
