When we install the office 2021 /Office 2019 /office 2016 /office 2013, we might have this error when you install it :
We cant Install
This Product can't be installed on the selected update Channel, please contact your system administrator and try again

Here is the how to resolve this issue :

If you have this error , because you might install some earlier office edition or Volume office edition, then you will have this problem when you install the retail version office 2021 / office 2019 !

all we need to do is remove the previous installed office version and remove all the office registry too

after that , please restart your PC, and try to install it again !

you can of course install the new office version now , and if you need a office 2021 pro plus / office 2019 Pro Plus , you can get it from the Microsoft parnter online store www.keyingo.com

Then you can add the office 2021 /office 2019 product key to your own MS account , then you can install it directly from your MS account !
